Lee Bains III & The Glory Fires

If you like Rock 'n' Roll you’ll most probably like Lee Bains & the Glory Fires.  Centreville starts off with Lee Bains’ southern Kasabian style voice kicking in with an ‘I’m all over the place but I know what I’m doing’ vibe. "Me and the boys overeducated and underemployed" is the kind of message most people who are in love with Rock 'n' Roll relate to. They sound like they belong in 1969 (who doesn’t?) the lyrics are simple but the story is there. You just have to feel it. About a third of the way into the song something a little bit magical happens and this Chuck Berry/Wild Cherry guitar solo kicks in and you know if you were hearing this live you’d be going crazy. The effortlessness of the song is appealing you and you just don't want to turn it off. Just sounds like its him and the boys.  This is a tune.
